Return and Cancellation Policy
We understand that evaluating your size during pregnancy can be difficult, so we have prepared a detailed table for you on our Size Guide page.
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we DO NOT accept any returns
For all Exchanges, if there is a defect or incorrect nature of the item – you must be in contact with us within 5 business days of receiving your product AND the item must be unworn/unused. If BOTH of these requirements are not met, we cannot be responsible for exchange of any item. If you are in contact with us within 5 days AND the item is not used/worn, we can then discuss your situation.
How do you request changes for your orders?
To request a change, first contact us via the contact form. Share your reason for change with us. Ship the products completely to the warehouse address to be forwarded to you. After reaching the warehouse, your products will be checked. If it is suitable for change, you will be provided with a return. If we are not able to issue you the exact item, we will offer store credit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in all return processes.
